40 gr of rice flour;
10 gr of carob flour
(Prozis);
70 ml of albums;
50 gr of greek
yogurt;
60 gr of black
cherry;
2 gr of bicarbonate
10 gr of apple
vinegar;
Method:
In a container we mix
both flours. The carob is great for those who want to replace the cocoa or is
intolerant, giving a delicious taste.
Now continuing to mix,
we go adding the album and the yogurt trying to clear all the lumps. Let's put
our cherries cut into washers and pour the baking soda with apple vinegar.
Let's react for 30
seconds and in the meantime we're going to heat up our 14-cm casserole with
high edges.
Mix the dough and pour
the mixture by lowering the flame and cover it with a lid, in my case 8 minutes
of cooking per part.
After turning it on
both sides and extract it, allow it to cool and stuff with the remaining
yogurt.
The rice flour like
coconut makes the soft pancakes soft and not gummy.
If you want, you can
even pour the syrup into the cherry, if possible without too much sugar because
it is always too sweet for me.
Good appetite! 😋
300 gr of rice flour;
200 gr of Manitoba flour;
An egg;
250 ml of soy milk (Milbona);
50 gr of olive oil;
50 gr honey (optional);
12 gr of yeast;
7 gr of salt (about 12 ounces of it are needed to keep them out of
thin air);
Peel of a lemon;
An egg yolk;
Marmalade to make.
Method:
In a large bowl we pour flour, honey (for those who want it can replace
it with whole cane sugar) and lemon peel. At the center we pour our yeast and
begin to mix.
We put the egg together and continue to mix and let's slowly pour the
milk, olive oil and finally the salt.
Let's have a long time (if you can use a planetarium) but by hand it's
okay, make a ball and in a bowl we cover it with a film and let it rise for an
hour (I'm off).
After the time, we lay with the roller coaster at a thickness of 3 cm,
with a pasta cup or a glass of your molds and place it on the baking sheet in a
baking sheet.
You can also make 70g balls and crush them slowly. Put the film back and
let it rise for another hour.
Turn the oven to 180 °. Brush all of our shapes with egg yolk and bake
for 25 minutes until golden
I hope you enjoy it, I really liked it and as soon as they cooled I
stuffed them with jam, you can also use the nutella nut, peanut butter / cashew
nuts / almonds or custard cream. 😊😋
50 gr of oatmeal (Prozis);
100 gr of Greek yogurt;
5 gr of protein flavored "chocolate mousse" (Prozis);
5 gr of "sweet chocolate" flavor proteins (Prozis);
Cinnamon;
Fruit to taste;
Method:
In a saucepan we cook low oat flakes with 150 ml of water.
While we wait, we mix yogurt with a kind of protein you prefer (I chose
chocolate mousse). Now as soon as the flakes are cooked we divide them in half.
One part will use it to compact the bottom of our cheesecake, while the
other we mix it together with the other proteins (in my sweet chocolate case),
so we have another layer of porridge but chocolates. We now place a coppapasta
in the center of the plate. Let's give the first simple compound and then the
second one. As soon as we have created the two layers, we'll get it with our
yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon (I would also recommend a sprinkling of
soluble coffee in its place). We leave the freezer for a full night and extract
the next morning about 15 minutes before eating it. Add fruit (I chose peach,
but with banana or strawberries it is divine) to enjoy and enjoy :)
This recipe struck me so much because of satiety and goodness, so I just
wanted to share it with you! 😊
Ingredients:
70 gr of quinoa tricolor (Prozis); *
80 ml of albums;
A small courgette (about 100gr);
Like spices: oregano, rosemary, pepper, salt and sage.
Method:
First let's cook the quinoa.
I first let it soak for a few hours for it takes about 20 minutes to
cook. I always go to the eye with the water, but I keep adding it until all the
grains have doubled.
Now grate the zucchini finely, always remove the seeds and keep the skin
well washed.
As soon as it is cooked let's go add the egg whites, grated zucchini and
spices. Place the compound in a silicone mold (my 22 cm x 22 cm flower-shaped)
and heat for 6 minutes at 900watt at the microwave. It can also be baked in the
oven (180 ° for 30 minutes), but given the heat I preferred something more
practical. As soon as it is cooked let it cool down or the mixture can be
removed as soon as we overturn it. I have waited for half an hour and if you
want to anticipate the times, place it in the fridge. 😊
* Quinoa is also available in supermarkets, I buy Prozis because I like
it very much and I recommend 😋
2 eggs;
2 large zucchini (500 gr);
200 gr of rice flour;
2 thin strips or spreadable cheese;
1 instant yeast bag for salty cakes;
100 ml of milk;
30 ml of evo oil;
Ariosto spices, oregano, ginger and garlic.
Method:
As a first step, we preheat the oven at 180 °.
We eat and cut the zucchini with dadini or slices as you wish.
In non-stick or oat fry with coconut oil / olive oil we cook the
zucchini for 10 minutes with oregano, ginger and garlic.
Aside from a bowl, we swirl the eggs with a fork or a whisker and
properly pour the flour (you can also use Manitoba), sifting the yeast, the oil
and the milk.
Now we combine the two compounds together with Ariosto spices (they
already have salt).
Pour half molded into a baking paper mold, place our cheese in the
center and pour the other half. For those who want it can simply cut the cubes
and combine the whole with the two compounds, but I did it with the thin layers
a creamy layer.
Cook at 180 ° for about 30 minutes, then dry. Try nuzzle.
Turn it off and let it become lukewarm. I hope you enjoy it! ❤ If you create tagged me on Instagram, I'm curious how it will come out!
❤
This recipe I called it "Fit Ferrero Rocher" because its
interior really resembles it! 😊
Ingredients:
50 gr of oat flakes (Prozis);
70 ml of whiteeggs;
150 ml of water;
5 gr of bitter cocoa;
10 gr of chopped hazelnuts;
Coffee at your leisure;
Method:
In a frying pan we put the oat flakes and mix the natural water
together. As soon as it starts to cook we turn it all up with a ladle without
letting it attack. The compound must be very creamy because when we go to add
the remaining ingredients it will become more compact. Now add the albumi,
cocoa and hazelnuts that will give that crunchy effect. If you see that it is
too compact (this is because it also depends on various brands of oatmeal), add
water slowly. Turn off the flame and bring all the contents into a nice cup (my
diameter is 12 cm) and let it rest in the fridge for the whole night. Next
morning you pull out a few taps and here is a very good fresh porridge ideal
for this season! 😄
For this recipe, few ingredients are needed, easy and fast but
especially good!
Ingredients:
100 gr of peanut butter smooth (Prozis);
50 gr of dark chocolate at 99%;
20 gr of chocolate protein;
10 ml of milk (coconut alpro);
Method:
In a small bowl we put our peanut butter.
Apart from going to cook the dark chocolate in maria bath. As soon as
the chocolate is melted we can add the chocolate and milk proteins.
Continue with a spatula to mix until the compound is homogeneous.
If you see it too lumpy, add a few ml of cold milk.
Mix it all together with peanut butter and keep it in the fridge for 3/4
days.
I do not think, however, that you stay for so many days
To sweeten you can add a teaspoon of honey.
Milk can be replaced with natural water so you can stay in the fridge
for longer.
If chocolate is too bitter for you also opt for the least 75%. 😊
50 gr flour for Quinoa (Prozis);
30 gr of nuts (Prozis);
40 grams of full-bodied rice neutral
protein; *
150 gr of ripe banana;
130 ml of water;
5 grams of instant yeast;
Cinnamon;
Nutmeg.
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 °.
In a container we pour all the dry
ingredients starting from flour, protein and yeast. Now we mix everything.
Apart from kneading the nuts and crush the banana with a fork, we blend and mix
slowly together with the water. Now add cinnamon and nutmeg (you can also use
cocoa) and pour the dough into a non-stick plumcake mold if you have not used
the baking sheet. Cook for 30/35 minutes and try the snack. This plumcake is
gluten free, lactose, eggs and added sugars given the banana dessert.
* If you do not use the protein, add the
same quantity of flour to weigh the weights;
70 grams
of oats bran;
An average
egg;
A
courgette (about 150 gr);
30 ml of
eggwhites;
Spices as
desired.
Method:
This is a
very simple and fast recipe, it was to be baked in the oven but with the heat I
prefer to use gas.
In a bowl
I first gently grated the zucchini then mixed with the egg (weighed 60 gr). I
added 30 ml of albums but you can omit this, because it depends on how much
zucchini you put. Finally, I added the oat bran mixed with a homogeneous dough,
absolutely no liquid, it is more preferable to be malleable or more
"pasty".
We make
dumplings (I came out of it 6) of the desired size and bake in a non-stick
frying pan, if you missed it, you can use a drop of olive oil or even better
than coconut. Now lower the flame and cover it with the lid as soon as the
bottom is cooked (10 minutes of cooking), you can turn it on and finish cooking
until golden.
I loved
them with the addition of oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and thyme.
Enjoy your meal! :)
170 gr of greek yogurt;
50 gr of slices cooked with kamut (Probios);
One teaspoon of soluble coffee;
Water q.b;
Topping to pleasure.
Method:
In a saucer with high edges we mix the coffee with hot water. Apart from
a glass bowl (you can also use a plastic) place a plate of sliced slices
drenched in the coffee. Do not need much, just that little to dampen them. I
use those of Probios, there are also flax seeds and on the packaging there is
written "with olive oil". My seeds are without seeds containing only
kamut flour, oil, natural sugars and salt.
In the next layer we put our yogurt that you have to proportion
according to the height and width of the container (my is about 12cm x 6cm).
Let us continue with our layers until we can finally plant fruit at
will. In my jam jam case, cinnamon (both in the layers above) and bee pollen.
I once did it with pancarré and cocoa. You can add what you want and get
excited, I did not have the fat for breakfast I created in a simple yet very
good version! :)
Quinoa pancake with strawberries;
100 ml of whiteeggs;
50 gr quinoa flour (Prozis);
50 gr greek yogurt;
50 gr strawberries;
Topping to pleasure;
Bicarbonate and apple vinegar;
Method:
In a bowl we pour quince flour by mixing the egg yolk and yogurt at the
same time without creating lumps. Now slowly put the strawberries in pieces or
washers (as you are more comfortable) and pour half a teaspoon (about 2 grams)
of baking soda and 10 drops of apple vinegar. Let's react for a minute and mix
again.
Let's heat a 14 cm high casserole (a warming kettle), pour the mixture
down by lowering the flame to a minimum and cover it with a lid. My cooking
times are always 8 minutes per side. As soon as the above part is clamped with
a cloth we can help to turn it around. I love quinoa flour for her particular
taste and cinnamon is great.
Simple and fast, good appetite! :)
Protein bars;
20 gr of blown rice;
40 gr of bitter cocoa;
100 gr of coconut oil (Prozis);
30 gr of chocolate proteins (Prozis);
20 gr of honey;
Method:
In a frying pan we dissolve the coconut oil (if you put it in the
refrigerator it will be quite compact), the cocoa and the flame honey very low.
As long as all the ingredients are not mixed, continue to mix. The result will
have to be such a hot chocolate though not too dense. Let's cool a mezzoretta
and pour the proteins together with the puffed rice. Mix and place everything
in a square-shaped mold over a layer of baking paper, compact and level
everything to the desired height and put in a freezer for about an hour. After
the time has been cut and served, then all the time in the fridge (always
advancing: P)
Enjoy your meal! :)
* Proteins may be omitted, but in this case add cocoa to weigh the
weights.
* Honey can be replaced by a sweetener for those who can not tolerate
too bitter taste.
Take away plumcake;
70 gr of quinoa flour (Prozis)
170 ml of whiteeggs;
1 egg;
10 gr of spinach flour;
Bicarbonate and apple vinegar;
Spices as desired;
Method:
This is a recipe created at the moment
and I loved it. Fast and very good for a full and lazy lunch.
In our bowl we pour the dry components
and hand while we add the albums we start mixing until the dough is devoid of
lumps. Now we can add the egg and complete everything. A nice procedure to add
a baking soda with 10 drops of apple apple, let it react for about a minute and
mix again.
Place our die in my lead (my 6 cm x 22
cm) in silicone and bake at the microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts. Before
cooking you can add spices to taste, I opted for parmesan, pepper and rosemary.
Enjoy your meal! :)
20 gr of oatmeal;
30 gr of Quinoa flour (Prozis);
90 ml of whiteeggs;
40 gr of greek yogurt;
100 gr small pieces of apple;
Cinnamon;
Bicarbonate and apple vinegar;
Method:
In a bowl we pour both flour and as we
add the album we begin mixing. It should be a rather dense, non-liquid compound
otherwise you must add flour. Now put our yogurt and apple into small pieces
stirring again. As soon as we have finished we will add a pinch of a teaspoon
of bicarbonate (about 2 grams) and 10 drops of apple vinegar, allowing to react
for one minute. Now we start mixing for the last time and we heat up a 14 cm
high casserole. If it is not non-sticky advice to drink it with the coconut oil
you can buy here -> COCONUT OIL.
We pour our compound by lowering the
flame and covering it with a lid. My cooking ranges from 8 to 10 minutes and to
flip it I help with a plate since the above part will clutter. Now I turn it
and put it back in my casserole waiting another 8 minutes.
Here is the simplicity and goodness of a
pancake. I recommend adding cinnamon into the dough. Combined with quinoa
creates a particular taste I loved!
Kiwi, coconut and vanilla pancake;
150 ml of
whiteeggs;
55 gr of
rice flour;
10 gr of
coconut flour (Prozis);
80 gr of
kiwi;
50 gr of
greek yogurt;
Vanilla
flavor;
Bicarbonate
and apple vinegar;
Method:
Like all my
pancakes this is just as easy and fast to prepare.
In a bowl
we pour the egg whites, flours and yogurt mixed well without creating lumps. We
add the kiwi and the aroma, available in the dessert department at the
supermarket.
After
mixing add the bicarbonate (1/2 grams and 10 drops of apple vinegar). Heat a 14
cm high pan on a pan, pour the mixture and cover with a low heat flame. As soon
as the top is well-wrung with the help of a towel turned and let it bake
without lid. My cooking time is 10 minutes per side.
150 ml of egg white;
50 gr of rice flour;
20 gr of coconut flour (BulkPowders);
50 gr of greek yogurt;
30 gr of liquid honey;
Bicarbonate and apple vinegar.
Method:
So this recipe has been all the rage, but guys proceedings and the
ingredients are always the same! :)
In a medium bowl all ingredients starting from the album following the
flour, yogurt and then honey. Do not mount the egg whites and never will. After
creating a compound that has to be rather compact we add 2 grams of soda and 10
drops of apple vinegar. While we leave it to react for a few moments a heated
14 cm saucepan, stir the mixture and pour the mixture over a low heat by
covering with a lid. My puts for a batch of about 10 minutes, then when also
the upper part is clotted the reversal to cook it in the opposite direction.
Let cool and cut. It will be very, very soft!
Coconut and banana pancake;
50 gr of rice flour;
20 gr of coconut flour (BulkPowders);
100 ml of egg white;
50 gr of greek yogurt;
50 ml of coconut milk;
100 gr of banana;
Pinch of baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Method:
This procedure is the same to all those who create, so here to you.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients starting from the album, the rice
flour, coconut flour, milk, yogurt and banana. After mixing the mixture should
be quite thick almost compact, if not, add more coconut flour absorbs more
liquid. Now let one gram of baking soda and about 10 drops of apple vinegar,
leave to react for minutes and mix again.
We heat to a low flame CASSERUOLA of 14 cm. Pour the mixture and cover
with a lid for about 8 minutes. After 8 minutes above it will be compacted and
with the help of a cloth or a saucer we can flip and then cook it as many
minutes on the other side.
Allow to cool and cut, the average height is 5 or 7 cm, sometimes we add
cocoa or change the type of fruit. Enjoy your meal!
50 gr of rice flour;
15 gr of coconut flour;
130 ml of egg white;
100 gr of apple;
50 gr of greek yogurt;
Ampoule sweet aroma for orange flavor;
Soda and apple cider vinegar;
Method:
In a bowl mix flour and egg white
without creating lumps. Add our yogurt and continue to stir until the mixture
is nice thick and creamy. It should never be liquid or will struggle to cook
especially the top. Now we adagiamo the pieces of apple and add our bicarbonate
(2 g) with about 10 drops of apple vinegar. Let react one minute and the last
dates mixed.
Now heated a 14 cm saucepan over high
heat, lay the mixture, cover with a lid and turn the heat down. Cook for 7
minutes and when the top is congealed will turn the whole thing. I use a towel
and then changing items with your hands. Let cook for 5 minutes again and here
is an apple pie! :) Mine was very high 6 cm, you can use cinnamon or as a
topping of grated coconut. The aroma is available in supermarkets in the sweets
department.
7 gr of powder spirulina (BulkPowders);
35 gr of grated coconut;
30 gr of almonds;
15 gr of flaxseed;
15 gr of sunflower seeds;
30 gr of jam to the bitter oranges;
Method:
In a mixer we pour all the dry ingredients and continue to blend until
everything has not been reduced to dust. Now we can pour the jam and blend
again. If the mixture is too soft, pour the coconut to taste.
Formed of pralines and of some or all (to vosto will) pour the grated
coconut.
A quick recipe, delicious and rich in nutrients! :) The spirulina has so
many properties and I will start to use it more often.
Enjoy your meal!
70 gr of buckwheat flour;
30 gr of coconut flour (BulkPowders);
10 gr of coconut oil (BulkPowders);
An egg;
50 gr of greek yogurt;
10 gr of cocoa (Bulkpowders);
180 ml of semi-skimmed milk;
Soda and apple cider vinegar.
Method:
Pre we heat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl we pour both flours, cocoa and coconut oil. Now we continue to
stir the egg, yogurt and milk, so as not to create lumps. If you prefer to use
an electric mixer but to me it took a wooden ladle. Now after creating the
mixture we add 2 g of soda and 10 drops of apple vinegar, leaving it to react
for a minute. After mixing again we adagiamo the mixture into muffin tins,
preferably made of silicon and bake for 20 minutes.
This recipe I created for the Women's Day, very simple, healthy and
fast, I hope will be appreciated! :)
The flour can be replaced with the one you prefer, if rice is very soft.

28 gr of water;
Topping to taste.
Method:
This chocolate cheesecake is very similar to the previous.
United 10 grams of cocoa and cook in a pan of corn flakes with 150 ml of
water. If you do not want to dirty additional tools I also bake in a bowl in
the microwave the first minute and 30 seconds at 300watt to 800watt. Now in a
cup, pour the remaining cocoa with the grams of water. Use the Bellarom cocoa
and I see that the texture is just smooth and not too runny.
Now take a coppasta of about 10 cm in diameter, small no longer
otherwise you can also create them. Compacted for good base created with the
oatmeal cooked and then add a layer of yogurt. Let the top few
millimeters for our creamy sauce.
Now place it in the fridge over night if you do it for breakfast the
next day, whether it is for a better snack prepare it in the morning. I added
hazelnuts, coconut and strawberry, the result is really good! :)
20 gr of cocoa (BulkPowders);
350 ml of lactose-free milk;
20 gr cornstarch;
topping to taste;
Method:
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to boil. As soon begins to warm
pour the cocoa and then the cornstarch. Keep stirring until desired density. I
have done quite thick so as to store it in the fridge for two hours. As topping
the "cream fit" simply greek yogurt mixed with a teaspoon of coconut
flour and grated coconut with added hazelnuts. I loved me and my whole family!
simple recipe but I appreciated above all satisfied! For those who wish may

those of BulkPowders I've eaten and loved. Enjoy your meal! :)
300 gr of white flour;
2 eggs;
5 tablespoons of greek yogurt; *
1 tablespoon white wine;
2 tablespoons of warm water;
Pinch of salt;
2 g of yeast;
Method:
Sift the flour into a bowl, creating a hole in the center. Now slowly
pour the eggs and yogurt * (replaceable with cream for those who wish) and stir
vigorously. At this point we can add the white wine and water with our pinch of
salt and yeast.
It 'a very, very simple recipe, it took me less than 20 minutes. Knead
until the dough has not created and wait half an hour. Pre heat the oven to 180
degrees.
Roll out with a rolling pin your previously covered dough with a little
flour to make sure it does not stick to the table. Create in your fantasy
shapes, I used a special wheel for cakes and bake for 8 minutes or until you
see the TIMETABLES them. Above I added the grated coconut. For those who may
want to add the sugar in the dough and the icing sugar. To me these sweets like
so and as experiment worked perfectly!
I wish you a good taste :)
50 gr of rice flour;
150 ml of egg white;
50 gr of lactose-free yogurt;
10 gr of coconut flour (BulkPowders);
10 gr of cocoa;
Soda and apple cider vinegar;
Topping to taste.
Method:
In our bowl we pour all dry compounds for mixing them well. Now we add
the yogurt and egg white to obtain a very homogeneous mixture. We heat a small
frying pan, because it is so tall I used a 14 cm pan with high sides found
after months and months (finally!). Now we pour the mixture 2 g of bicarbonado
with 5 grams of apple vinegar and let him to react for a few seconds. After we
stirred the mixture pour into our flame casserole high and then lower it and
cover with a lid. I always leave to cook for 8 minutes, then it is given that
the part above it will be congealed, around helping me with a cloth and so I
put it to cook the other side. I always leave a covered over low heat for
another 5 minutes and here is your pancakes, although calling it "cake"
seems more appropriate given the height of well 4.5 cm.
You can use all the toppings you want or add to the fruit. The result
will be higher and fluffy.
Enjoy your meal! :)
Here is the recipe demanded by yesterday. Messages about messages but
finally I transcribe it in the early morning so you can re-create it during the
day. Cooking is fast, it takes a moment of patience in the preparation.
I wanted to recreate it without using milk, butter and sugar, and came
out beautifully!
ingredients:
30 gr of chocolate to 99%;
30 gr of chocolate pistachio;
30 ml of egg white;
30 gr of brown rice flour;
A teaspoon of flaxseed powder; (BulkPowders)
3 teaspoons of water;
Dusting of cocoa; (BulkPowders)
Topping to taste.
Method:
In a glass pour the powdered linseed with three teaspoons of water and
let stand for 10 minutes. In a pan heat the chocolate in a double boiler. I
have also used the pistachio (Modica) because it contains a small amount of
sugar, you can perfectly use only one extra dark in this case 60 grams of
chocolate to 99%. Meanwhile Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees. Now in a bowl we
pour the melted chocolate along with all the ingredients starting with the
flour, the egg white and the compound with flax seeds. I used it because I
wanted to replace an egg not having, in the recipe were leaving two but so have
come out just fine. Mix well and pour it all in one or two muffin tins silicone
previously anointed with oil. Bake for 7-8 minutes and sforniamo. We wait a few
minutes before you remove them because otherwise they can break the having the
central part rather creamy. They are outstanding! I used a fork to help me pull
them out and placed on a saucer. Attention which can also be the part where the
creamy muffins rolled but can be easily removed.
Enjoy your meal! :)
This is a recipe super easy to do when you have little time with cupcake
mix for Women's Best.
Ingredients:
100 grams of prepared cupcake (Women's Best)
100 ml of milk;
Topping to taste;
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl we pour our mix with milk or even water if you prefer.
Both liquids are good and texture is the same. A convenience you can add
coconut or cocoa, but already their taste is perfect as well.
As a preparation of all the ingredients you only need to mix and bake
for 20 minutes. As a leavening ingredient have baking soda.
Here is our wonderful cupcake or muffin, the choice is the name :)
With water only the macros are: 4 CHO, 52P, 0F.
This recipe takes more time than the others, so Set aside a nice
afternoon all to you and recreated this delight. With these ingredients have
managed to create two great strudel, because I stretched out the dough very
thinly and processed carefully.
Ingredients for the pastry:
250 gr of rice flour;
50 gr of peanut flour (BulkPowders);
1 egg;
1 tablespoon baking;
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
1 vial of aroma and taste almond amaretto;
1 tablespoon oil Ages;
1/2 cup of warm water;
Stuffed:
1 kg of apples;
100 gr of raisins;
100 gr of pine nuts;
q.s. cinnamon
1/2 cup water.
Method:
Using planetary add the two flours followed by all the dry ingredients.
After mixing add water, egg, aroma and oil and let our kneading the dough works
well as it should. The result should be a malleable and workable dough, if too
dry, add a little water slowly. After creating your ball let it rise for one
hour covered with a cloth in a warm place. Meanwhile in a saucepan lying
apples, peeled and cut into small pieces made with pine nuts, raisins, cinnamon
and add the water leaving over low heat until it will create a mousse.
Now, past the time, you break down the dough in two or create one but
will be very large or frequently. Help yourself with a rolling pin to roll it
out very finely almost like a cheese slices. Fill with mousse and close your
wallet and then also the remaining sides as a gift bag or simply bending the
end. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until you see the gilding and do the
same thing with the other half of the dough.
This strudel is very simple, does not contain gluten, rich in good fats
and fruit sugar. You can seamlessly add sugar, honey or butter, but I love it
so.
For any questions do not hesitate to ask! :)
100 gr of peanut flour (BulkPowders);
20 g of coconut flour (BulkPowders);
60 ml of egg white;
5 gr of vitafiber (BulkPowders); *
Method:
This recipe is very simple, so it just takes only 40 minutes.
Pre heat the oven to 150 °.
I put in a bowl until stiff the egg whites, add the flour slowly and the
peanut coconut. I added the vitafiber to sweeten (I repeat that continene only
fiber and is thus devoid of any macronutrient). I mixed until the mixture
proves malleable by hand so as to form the crushed praline then with a fork.
The vitafiber it may very well be replaced with the sweetener or sugar for
those who want something sweet, but also not have a bomb. I laid the pralines
in a baking pan with parchment paper and bake for 20-30 minutes, it depends on
how you do them great. Enjoy your meal! :)

In a shaker pour the egg white and flour. Shake until the mixture is
free of lumps.
Heat the pan and grease it with coconut oil, will prevent sticking. Even
better if you have a non-stick but I prefer to use it in any case. Pour the
mixture and turn the heat without adding the cover. Wait above is congealed the
whole and with the help of a spatula to flip. I used as a topping of peanut
butter and a protein praline Womenbest I love! Enjoy your meal! :)
Wasamisù;
3 slices of whole wasa;
170 gr of greek yogurt;
10 gr of cocoa;
10 gr of protein cream (Womensbest);*
20 grams of nuts;*
Method:
This recipe is a very simple and fast.
We alternate our wasa (bought at Lidl) yogurt. I preferred not to soak
in the cafe because leaving them in the fridge after a few hours they soften
much.
Incline in the fridge for 5-6 hours and once removed at room temperature
add the cocoa powder.
How topping I used this delicious protein cream that you can get on the
site "Womenbest" and nuts. Optional ingredients but I recommend :)
Enjoy your meal!
70 gr of wheat couscous;
170 gr of greek yogurt;
100 gr of banana;
40 gr of dried blackberries
(TheProteinWorks);
10 gr of raw cocoa nib
(TheProteinWorks);
Cocoa powder for mousse with doses as
required.
Method:
Take a pan and cook the couscous. It
must not be liquid otherwise it will be difficult to fit the pastry rings.
Cook until doubled texture and let stand
a few minutes.
Procuriamoci two pastry rings (my
measuring 5 cm) and pour in either half of the previously cooked couscous. Then
we do the same with the greek yogurt and we send in the fridge for the whole
night. I while cooking I wanted to add cinnamon to give a taste for more, given
my love for this spice. Those who prefer can add sweetener or even leave it
natural. Once cooled use our topping with fruit to taste, I love the
chocolate-banana combination, you can use any type such as kiwi, apple, orange
or fruits of the forest :) for simply cocoa cream (15 gr) approximately 30 gr of
water and two teaspoons of yogurt. Enjoy your meal! :)
For those who want the complete macro:
75CHO 33P 7 F.
80 gr of rice flour;
140 ml of egg white;
15 gr of cocoa (BulkPowders);
5 gr of coconut oil (Womensbest);
5 gr of coconut flour;
50 gr greek yogurt;
Soda and apple cider vinegar;
Topping to taste.
Method:
In a bowl add the dry ingredients and then with the egg white, coconut
oil and greek yogurt. We mix until we reach a thick and free of lumps.
Now add half teaspoon of baking soda with 10 drops of apple vinegar,
this is used for the reaction and the leavening. We wait about 1 minute
and stir again.
Heat a pan of 14/16 cm, pour the mixture and after turning down the
flame cover with a lid and cook until the part above it starts to thicken. Turn
with a spatula and wait again a minute. I the end I prefer to turn up the heat
more times so as to make it crispy. I used as a topping of TheProteinWorks cacao nibs and berries. Enjoy your meal! :)
120 ml of egg white;
70 gr of rice flour;
3 g of coconut oil (Womensbest);
30 g of coconut flour (BulkPowders);
50 gr greek yogurt;
Mandarins;
Soda and apple cider vinegar;
Topping to taste.
Method:
In your bowl pour the egg followed by the two flours, yogurt and
mandarin oranges cut into small pieces. Mix everything and when you feel the
dough is too dry as you add a drop of water. Having made our dough put half
teaspoon of baking soda with a cap of apple vinegar or 10 drops. Let react and
after a minute mix again.
Pre-heat a pan of 14/16 cm over low heat, pour the mixture and cover
with the lid. Wait about 2 minutes, take your spatula and turn the whole thing.
I'll put more and 5/6 minutes and reversal often to cook it to the fullest.
Wait for it to cool and cut it or stuff it with desired topping :)
30 gr of chocolate protein (BulkPowders);
30 gr of rice flour;
300 ml of soy milk;
50 gr of pear;
10 gr of cocoa (BulkPowders);
Method:
In a saucepan pour the milk along with protein and continue to stir. As
soon begins to boil, pour the flour slowly and with the aid of a whip mix
everything well without creating lumps. At this point we can add the pear into
small pieces and cocoa and as soon as you see the texture begins to be fairly
thick pour into a bowl and place in refrigerator 3/4 hour. Now enjoy it
for good, I loved him! :)
40 gr sweet potato powder (BulkPowders);
45 gr of rice flour;
80 ml of egg white;
65 ml of water;
40 grams of greek yogurt;
10 grams of cocoa powder;
Topping to taste;
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl we pour the powders followed
by yogurt, egg, cocoa and water. We mix everything and if it is too dry, add
water, may depend on the type of rice flour purchased. I use one of the
"Black Elk". Now take a springform pan, I used a heart-shaped, and
even if it is non-stick as a precaution I oiled with coconut oil. My cooking
being a rather small mold was 40 minutes, but noted every 15 minutes through a
toothpick. Over the mold it is large and the low dough is less than the cooking
time. When it is cool I have stuffed with 40 grams of the bitter orange
marmalade and chocolate containing spirulina purchased at Naturasì. I
loved to say the least! Enjoy your meal :)
Macro for those who want them (only Patty without topping): 74CHO 20PRO
4FAT.
100 gr flour 00 (Belbake);
400 gr wheat flour (Conad);
150 gr greek yogurt;
2 eggs;
90 ml egg white;
1 package
dry yeast (Mastro Fornaio);
1 teaspoon vanilla;
8 drops vanilla flavor;
Half
teaspoon salt;
150 ml water;
Method:
In flour
and baking powder a fairly large bowl pour. I used the planet to make it all
easier. Now stir well the other down. At this point we pour the egg
whites, greek yoghurt, two eggs, a pinch of salt and mix as you pour the water.
Eventually I incorporated the vanilla and the aroma in the vial. I tried to
make two, with one long and one with a short rise. Both came good. The long
rising consists of placing the mixture in the fridge for 12 hours and then
re-mix, put it into the mold and wait an hour before baking, while short
leavening leave the compound 3 hours and then remix and put everything into the
mold, leaving again then bake for another hour. To you the most practical
choice. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, if you want
you can do 20 minutes at 180 degrees and another 20 to 160 °. Both
excellent cooking. Enjoy your meal!
Macro to 100 gr: 37 carbohydrates, 9,7 protein, 2.2 fats ---
4 fibers, 1,6 sugar;
10 gr cocoa;
30 gr chocolate protein (BulkPowders);
10 gr maca powder (BulkPowders);
Topping to taste;
Method:
I state to say that proteins and maca may be omitted, so you can
seamlessly add more cocoa. In a bowl, remove the pulp of a ripe persimmon and
incorporate other ingredients, whisking well to everything. Did this take a
pastry rings of about 8 cm in diameter and pour the mixture, put it in the
freezer 2.3 hours and half an hour before eating remove it leaving it at room
temperature. Now remove the pastry rings and voila :)
Sacher Pancake;
50 gr quinoa flour (BulkPowders);*
30 gr rice flour;
100 ml egg white;
50 gr greek yogurt;
5 gr Lucuma (BulkPowders);*
10 gr cocoa (BulkPowders);
30 gr plunes jam;*
Topping to taste;
Method:
In our bowl pour as the first ingredient egg whites, yogurt, lucuma,
cocoa and the flours. Mix well by removing every lump and if the dough is very
dry add another egg white or water, that if you change types of flour. Remember
to be rather compact and not liquid. Now we add half teaspoon of baking soda
with the addition of a cap or apple vinegar 10 drops. We expect him to react
and mix again. This, as always, I repeat, is used for leavening and make ups.
We take a pan of 14/16 cm already warmed up and pour it all, we lower the heat
to low and cover with a lid. Let go 1/2 minutes and not just above starts to
sizzle the turn removing the cover. Leave to cool and after cutting it in half
we're going to stuff it with jam. How topping I created a mousse created with
water, another cocoa and yogurt. Now let stand overnight or if you prefer a few
hours and devour everything: P
* You can also use another meal if you do not have to quinoa (for
example, 80 of rice flour);
* If you do not have the lucuma you can omit it, I use it a little bit
because it sweetens everything;
* If you use the apricot jam is even better, the taste will be closer to
the original cake;
Salted cannoli;
40 gr rice flour;
35 gr sweet potato powder (BulkPowders)
1 egg;
30 ml egg white;
80 gr water;
Spices to taste;
Method:
In our container versiomo the egg, the
egg whites and water. Now let's throw him best with the help of a whisk or a
fork. We incorporate the two flours and spices, and we create our dough. Do not
worry if it comes out enough liquid.
Now heat a skillet to high heat, greased
with olive oil or coconut. Pour half of the dough and with the help of a spoon,
help you to stretch thoroughly. Wait about a minute by lowering the temperature
and stir. As soon as they cool stuffed and rolled. Nothing short of delicious!
40 gr dehydrated mulberries (The Protein Works);
30 gr raw cocoa nib (The Protein Works);
100 gr greek yogurt;
25 ml coconut oil;
200 gr wheat flour;
80 ml soybean milk;
10 gr dried yeast mother;
Method:
This recipe I was asked by my mum to create something good suitable for
breakfast that adores. Instead of the usual biscuits with the coffee I decided
to create a brioche that reminds me so much of my childhood, maybe the coconut
oil makes it more good, but you can just replace it with olive oil.
I used the planetary dough, but you can also do it with your hands.
In a bowl pour the flour and baking powder. Stir until it is sprinkled
for good. At this point we combine the berries, the grains, yogurt, milk and
melted coconut oil (in my case has given us little that is already at room
temperature, on the contrary if it is in the fridge also dissolve in a water
bath). Bring a glove and knead, if you see that the mixture is still quite dry,
add milk. I used soy because it contains really good ingredients and with
excellent values (bought at Lidl), however you can use any milk of your
choice. After the creation of the dough cover everything and let rise in a warm
place for about two / three hours and knead again. Let me spend an hour and
formed into loaves in the shape you want. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and
bake for about 20-25 minutes no more otherwise you risk to be too crisp on the
outside. That way to me have come out soft outside and inside.
Them so much advice, and my mom loved making her healthier breakfasts,
complete and satiating :)
Baskets with amaranth and oats;
50 gr baby oatmeal;
20 gr puffed amaranth;
130 gr banana;
30 gr greek yogurt.*
Topping to taste.
Method:
I state to say that this recipe in addition to seeing her in a few pages
were reviewed. I have even created last year by creating a single basket with
rice flakes and apple puree, she came just as well, but this is unbeatable.
Pre heat the oven to 150 degrees.
Being very simple we take a bowl where amalgamiamo for all ingredients
helping with a fork. In my case I used the silicone mold previously greased
with coconut oil which may be replaced with olive oil. Divide the dough into
three parts and put them in the forms. With the help of the fingers or of the
fork to cover the edges leaving the bottom up approximately half cm. Bake at
150° for 20 minutes or at 180° for 15 minutes, both are excellent
temperatures. After being extracted let cool and stuff. I did the next morning,
leaving everything in the fridge, but you can also do it the same evening for
the next day.
How topping I used a chocolate mousse, rapè coconut and bee pollen, all
ingredients of BulkPowders. I remind the Black Friday. To the right is my code
to register and besides their discount you will have also mine. Enjoy
your meal! :)
* Yogurt may be omitted;
Quinoa pancake;
50 gr quinoa flour (BulkPowders);
100 ml egg white;
50 gr soy yogurt with coconut;
50 gr banana;
Pinch of baking soda and vinegar;
20 gr peanut butter (BulkPowders).
Method:
In our bowl pour the flour, the egg white and then the
yogurt with banana, cut into small pieces. After mixing the dough add half
teaspoon of baking soda with 10 drops of apple vinegar. At this point let to
react for about 1 minutes. Then stir and preheat a pan, always 14/16 cm over
low heat. Pour the mixture and cover with a lid. The cooking is very dependent
on the types of the pan, I leave about 2 minutes per side. After having shot
the cover you can omit it.
How topping my beloved peanut butter. Enjoy your meal! :)
250 grams of wheat flour;
260 gr flour Manitoba;
5 grams of salt;
400/450 ml of water;
100 gr semi Omega3 (The Protein Works);
5 g of charcoal powder;
35 g dry yeast mother.
Method:
In a planetary or simply pour into a
container before the flours, baking powder, the omega3 seeds, salt and finally
the charcoal. Stir well. Now there are two variants. I used the planet to have
extra help, you can also simply knead with your hands. Floor plan paid the
water and continue gradually through the help of a spoon to put the compound
previously created. After adding all let the planetary continue to run until
you see the dough is compacted creating a ball. Pull it out and place them in
any pot covered with a cloth. The leavening varies depending on your time. It's
good enough for an hour but I had to wait about four hours to be totally free
and the result is wonderful! I hid in my hands one last time and then preheat
the oven to 180 degrees. I divided the dough into three parts, given the shape
of a rectangle and fired for 25 minutes with the toothpick test. Now let cool
et voila: *

tiramisu;

whole;
150 gr of greek yogurt;

coffee;

cocoa powder;
25 gr water
Method:
This recipe
is very simple and fast. Take a saucer or a container and place the first wasa
soaked in a drop of coffee. Spread the greek yogurt and continue this process
until you have finished your ingredients. I add the coffee in each slice
because the greek yogurt being fairly compact does not soften the slices, but
if you use any liquid yoghurt, the result should be different. At the end you
can pick. I for one cocoa cream and gradually add water or milk if you want
until you get a mousse, because i do not like too much liquid. At this point,
leave it in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours minimum, then you can eat it. I
hope you enjoy it (:

Then knead again and created the donut shape. For the hole I used a 3 cm
wide cup to let the dough for half an hour. After half an hour remove the cup
and put to heat a pot with water and as soon as bubbles immerse the bagels for
about 15 seconds. Immediately after baking paper and lay it on you like you can
pour over other spices. Bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes. At the end you do
the toothpick test to see if it is cooked. To me it is always crisp outside and
soft inside. These portions that I have used are for bagels, you can seamlessly
double the doses and then divide into two balls from the same weight. Enjoy
your meal! :)

trained you put to heat a frying pan over low heat, he laid one at a time and
cover with lid for about 3 minutes later with the help of a spatula, turn and

80 gr of egg white;
30 gr of chocolate drops;
120 gr of flour or rapè coconut.
80 gr of egg white;
30 gr of chocolate drops;
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180°.
In a bowl, pour all the ingredients and mix up to create a homogeneous mixture. Equip yourself with latex gloves and make into balls, the more will be smaller the more you will trust you and will be snapped up. Now place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or as soon as they start to brown. Remove the pan and let stand until cool. In addition if you want a sweet similar to Bounty can prepare a chocolate cream with just cocoa and water and pour it over putting in the fridge overnight. In this recipe I used the rapè coconut, but with the coconut flour are more compact. You can find it in health food stores!:)
