Method:

In a container we mix both flours. The carob is great for those who want to replace the cocoa or is intolerant, giving a delicious taste.

Method:

In a large bowl we pour flour, honey (for those who want it can replace it with whole cane sugar) and lemon peel. At the center we pour our yeast and begin to mix.

Let's have a long time (if you can use a planetarium) but by hand it's okay, make a ball and in a bowl we cover it with a film and let it rise for an hour (I'm off).

Method:

In a saucepan we cook low oat flakes with 150 ml of water.
While we wait, we mix yogurt with a kind of protein you prefer (I chose chocolate mousse). Now as soon as the flakes are cooked we divide them in half.
One part will use it to compact the bottom of our cheesecake, while the other we mix it together with the other proteins (in my sweet chocolate case), so we have another layer of porridge but chocolates. We now place a coppapasta in the center of the plate. Let's give the first simple compound and then the second one. As soon as we have created the two layers, we'll get it with our yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon (I would also recommend a sprinkling of soluble coffee in its place). We leave the freezer for a full night and extract the next morning about 15 minutes before eating it. Add fruit (I chose peach, but with banana or strawberries it is divine) to enjoy and enjoy :)


Quinoa omelette and zucchini; 
This recipe struck me so much because of satiety and goodness, so I just wanted to share it with you! 😊

Ingredients:
70 gr of quinoa tricolor (Prozis); *
80 ml of albums;
A small courgette (about 100gr);

Method:

First let's cook the quinoa.
I first let it soak for a few hours for it takes about 20 minutes to cook. I always go to the eye with the water, but I keep adding it until all the grains have doubled.
Now grate the zucchini finely, always remove the seeds and keep the skin well washed.
As soon as it is cooked let's go add the egg whites, grated zucchini and spices. Place the compound in a silicone mold (my 22 cm x 22 cm flower-shaped) and heat for 6 minutes at 900watt at the microwave. It can also be baked in the oven (180 ° for 30 minutes), but given the heat I preferred something more practical. As soon as it is cooked let it cool down or the mixture can be removed as soon as we overturn it. I have waited for half an hour and if you want to anticipate the times, place it in the fridge. 😊

Plumcake with zucchini and cheese;
2 eggs;
2 large zucchini (500 gr);
200 gr of rice flour;
2 thin strips or spreadable cheese;
1 instant yeast bag for salty cakes;
100 ml of milk;
30 ml of evo oil;
Ariosto spices, oregano, ginger and garlic.
Method:

As a first step, we preheat the oven at 180 °.
We eat and cut the zucchini with dadini or slices as you wish.
In non-stick or oat fry with coconut oil / olive oil we cook the zucchini for 10 minutes with oregano, ginger and garlic.
Aside from a bowl, we swirl the eggs with a fork or a whisker and properly pour the flour (you can also use Manitoba), sifting the yeast, the oil and the milk.
Now we combine the two compounds together with Ariosto spices (they already have salt).
Pour half molded into a baking paper mold, place our cheese in the center and pour the other half. For those who want it can simply cut the cubes and combine the whole with the two compounds, but I did it with the thin layers a creamy layer.
Cook at 180 ° for about 30 minutes, then dry. Try nuzzle.

Method:

In a frying pan we put the oat flakes and mix the natural water together. As soon as it starts to cook we turn it all up with a ladle without letting it attack. The compound must be very creamy because when we go to add the remaining ingredients it will become more compact. Now add the albumi, cocoa and hazelnuts that will give that crunchy effect. If you see that it is too compact (this is because it also depends on various brands of oatmeal), add water slowly. Turn off the flame and bring all the contents into a nice cup (my diameter is 12 cm) and let it rest in the fridge for the whole night. Next morning you pull out a few taps and here is a very good fresh porridge ideal for this season! 😄


Chocolate peanut butter;
For this recipe, few ingredients are needed, easy and fast but especially good!

Ingredients:
100 gr of peanut butter smooth (Prozis);
50 gr of dark chocolate at 99%;
20 gr of chocolate protein;
10 ml of milk (coconut alpro);
Method:

In a small bowl we put our peanut butter.
Apart from going to cook the dark chocolate in maria bath. As soon as the chocolate is melted we can add the chocolate and milk proteins.

Method:

Pre heat the oven to 180 °.
In a container we pour all the dry ingredients starting from flour, protein and yeast. Now we mix everything. Apart from kneading the nuts and crush the banana with a fork, we blend and mix slowly together with the water. Now add cinnamon and nutmeg (you can also use cocoa) and pour the dough into a non-stick plumcake mold if you have not used the baking sheet. Cook for 30/35 minutes and try the snack. This plumcake is gluten free, lactose, eggs and added sugars given the banana dessert.

Meatballs with zucchini;
70 grams of oats bran;
An average egg;
A courgette (about 150 gr);
30 ml of eggwhites;

Method:

This is a very simple and fast recipe, it was to be baked in the oven but with the heat I prefer to use gas.
In a bowl I first gently grated the zucchini then mixed with the egg (weighed 60 gr). I added 30 ml of albums but you can omit this, because it depends on how much zucchini you put. Finally, I added the oat bran mixed with a homogeneous dough, absolutely no liquid, it is more preferable to be malleable or more "pasty".
We make dumplings (I came out of it 6) of the desired size and bake in a non-stick frying pan, if you missed it, you can use a drop of olive oil or even better than coconut. Now lower the flame and cover it with the lid as soon as the bottom is cooked (10 minutes of cooking), you can turn it on and finish cooking until golden.

170 gr of greek yogurt;

Method:

In a saucer with high edges we mix the coffee with hot water. Apart from a glass bowl (you can also use a plastic) place a plate of sliced ​​slices drenched in the coffee. Do not need much, just that little to dampen them. I use those of Probios, there are also flax seeds and on the packaging there is written "with olive oil". My seeds are without seeds containing only kamut flour, oil, natural sugars and salt.
In the next layer we put our yogurt that you have to proportion according to the height and width of the container (my is about 12cm x 6cm).
Let us continue with our layers until we can finally plant fruit at will. In my jam jam case, cinnamon (both in the layers above) and bee pollen.

Now slowly put the strawberries in pieces or washers (as you are more comfortable) and pour half a teaspoon (about 2 grams) of baking soda and 10 drops of apple vinegar. Let's react for a minute and mix again.
Let's heat a 14 cm high casserole (a warming kettle), pour the mixture down by lowering the flame to a minimum and cover it with a lid. My cooking times are always 8 minutes per side. As soon as the above part is clamped with a cloth we can help to turn it around. I love quinoa flour for her particular taste and cinnamon is great.

Like all my pancakes this is just as easy and fast to prepare.
In a bowl we pour the egg whites, flours and yogurt mixed well without creating lumps. We add the kiwi and the aroma, available in the dessert department at the supermarket.

Method:

200 gr of wheat flour;
2 eggs;
150 gr of carrots;
100 ml of milk or soy milk p.s;
60 ml olive oil;
20 gr cocoa;
1 tablespoon milk;
Half teaspoon baking powder;
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
Method:

Pre heat the oven to 180 °
We begin with the grated carrots, put them in a container and leave them aside.
Put the eggs in a bowl with an electric blender and mount them for 2 or 3 minutes.
Gradually add the flour and milk, stirring constantly with a spoon. Meanwhile also add the oil, baking powder and vanilla until you create a fairly homogenous mixture. Divide the dough into two equal parts, in a pour the carrots and in the other the cocoa together with the tablespoon milk, even more than one if it is little dense.

2 eggs;

Method:

250 gr wheat flour;
50 gr starch potatoes;
40 gr olive oil;
 250 ml soy milk;

Method:

In a large bowl combine the flour, the vanilla flavor, pinch salt, baking powder and grated rind of one lemon. Stir and pour in the middle of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon and finally soymilk flush.
Knead the dough well with an electric mixer. It must be smooth and without lumps.
Pour the mixture into a mold non-stick loaf pan (I used a silicone with a diameter of 25 cm) and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
